Yes, there are. We are unable to accept:
Please bring donations to our Donation Door located on the far right hand side of the building during our hours of operations: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4pm. Please do not leave donations outside of our door after hours and please limit donations to 3 bags/boxes per car load per day.
It is not necessary to call ahead for non-furniture donations.
We no longer pick-up furniture donations. We do not accept large china cabinets or TV storage units due to space limitations and the inability to sell. We may decline large items if our furniture room is at capacity or if the item(s) are not in good condition to sell.
Before donating: Please send your name, contact number and pictures of the item(s) to contact@dittonj.org. Pictures must be clear enough, with proper lighting, so that we can zoom in on fabric and wooden surfaces to assess their condition.
Once approved, the item(s) will need to be dropped off. Please have help to bring the item(s) into the furniture showroom. When you arrive, go to the donation door to request a manager to assist in receiving your donation.
A tax receipt will be provided for all items accepted.
